Its hard to say, I have to give BioWare credit for improving both Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 3 based on what we have said, but I might want to save money because no matter what BioWare makes there is going to be internet outrage because they did something that someone didn't like and that should drop the price by $20 right at launch.
Anybody else not going to pre-order Dragon Age 3?

No. After DA2 and ME3 (I cancelled the pre-order when the end spoilers hit and still haven't bought it) I don't trust Bioware.

Nope, I will be getting it Day 1. Although 2 was not as enjoyable to me as Origins - I still found it worthwhile the price paid for it.

Nope. Shall be waiting to hear what people say about it first. If I hear things I like then I will buy it, if there is a very mixed response I may get it pre-owned.

NO way am I going to pre-order any more BW games unless they start making games I like again. I learned that lesson all too well with DA2 and especially ME3.

I will not pre-order. I know if bioware where to announce race selection for character creation, include many of the things they removed with DA2 in general, and showed videos of actual tactical combat and not waves of enemies, I would probably want to pre-order, but I will force myself not to.
None of these are deal breakers, but enemies dropping from the sky, tons of auto dialogue and no real choices appearing in the game will make me not buy it at all.
The gaming market is flooded with games with pre-generated characters in set stories with lots of action. Bioware always made something unique even if it was flawed, now the games they are making are turning into flawed versions of the games already available from everyone else.

Definately no pre-order and most likely no purchase. Bioware really had to restore the faith with DA3 to keep me as a consumer. If any of those who's opinions I respect say avoid it, I won't touch it. I also don't care what the game media says about it. Any recommendations will have to come from users.

I will preorder without a doubt. I love DA as a concept and pray they get it right DA3. If they host Live streams of the game and offer a demo before it comes out again and I like it, I will get it. They just need to fix:
Scale of game
Custom Armor for Party
No Recycled maps
Choices mattering again
Fixed.

While I had more problems with DA2 then ME3, Neither game has turned me off to the Developer. I acknowledge that both games had certain problems(DA2 more then ME3 in my opinion). But I preordered both games and so far have gotten what I believe is my money's worth of enjoyment and more from them.I will preorder DA3 based on what I currently know about it unless some new information is released that makes me believe that I am better off not doing so.

Nope. I want word that the (impending, inevitable) multiplayer will not affect the single-player game, not even superficially.
And even then, I'm nor even going to bother waiting for the reviews or the consensus for the forums. I'm waiting for an hour of youtube playthroughs so I can see if it actually looks like fun. THEN I'll make a decision.

I never preorder anything (even games i know I'll like/want). But I'll probably end up buying regardless of reviews. I like to form my own opinions on something.

*long female pretty laugh* noooo!
Is even hard if i look with interest what they did with dragon age 3 and this because the bioware team seems to don't get it......
I'm not interested in..
-Anime Combat-
-Cartoonish style-
-Rushed story-
-Paraphrases dialogues-
-Mainstreamed stuff-
I Just want a roleplay game like the ones that bioware maded in past!.. If they are no more able to do so well... Time to move on

I'm not going to preorder it. I'll wait after release and see if I'll like it, how many bugs it has, and how much auto-dialogue is present. Then I'll decide if I'm going to buy it full-price or wait a year for huge price drop.

While this is true it does not make the complaints about Dragon Age 2 any less valid or correct; and DA2 was indeed rushed - wanna know how I know?
The Devs said so.
They said that (after the release) that they should have taken a bit more time over it to polish the game more, but sadly had not been given an extension on the release date.
Can't remember where they said it tho.
EDIT:
To the OP.
No I am not going to pre-order DA3. Or any future BW game. They are off my pre-order list.
Disingenuous
That doesn't sound like something the devs would say.Brent Knowles praised (skip to developement) how polished the game was.
Yes, it was really ****ing polished. You could tell from how original and detailed every single dungeon was. Each completely unique and not reused at all. amirite?

I probably will pre-order, despite my trepidation at what the game will be. I can admit that I might.
Then again, I might not. The closest Gamestop is 40 miles away, at least. So what money I might save on a few DLC trinkets through pre-ordering would immediately be wasted on the trip to Gamestop and back, both when I pre-order it and when I go to pick it up.

I will definitely be pre-ordering the next Dragon Age title, possibly two copies (one for each xbox in my house). I can never get enough of the DA universe, and I love the bonus shinies you get.
Can't wait until they actually announce it.

I think it's dumb when someone refuses to buy a game they know nothing about. You should wait until you're informed about the product before you decide.

I'll decide that when I actually know something about it.

I'm not certain. Bioware games used to be no-brainer pre-orders for me, and usually a "deluxe edition" just to show my support for the company. But after the map reuse in DA2, the "RGB ending" of ME3 and the absolutely disappointing, bland and slow content-cycle debacle, excuse for an AAA MMO that is TOR, Bioware has lost a lot of cache and goodwill in my eyes.
I'm hoping that they can recapture some of that magic from the "DA:O and ME2 era" (or hell the BG, IWD, BG2 era before it) of Bioware game. If they can get reasonably close I'd be more than willing to buy back in. Until they show they're capable of treating their own creations with the level of respect, polish and dedication they deserve I'll be looking at anything they release from now on with extra caution and trepidation.

Despite the glaring flaws in DA2 I managed to thoroughly enjoy the game. Bioware still has the support of my wallet so chalk me up as a definite pre-order.

I always demo before I buy. I will most likely pick it up eventually, but if it turns out to be something I judge to be only marginaly more entertaining than sitting and staring at the wall, I'll pick it up used many month later for 10 bones, (like I did for DA2).

I definitely won't be pre-ordering DA3. Even if the trailers and whatever videos they release look amazing I just don't feel confident that Bioware can still make great games.

I wish I had waited on getting DA2. I had a bad feeling about the quality of the game, based on the marketing, but I still wanted to believe. Then I was extremely disappointed and angry when I finished my first playthrough.
Months later I was able to view the game more objectively, and I appreciate certain aspects of it, even if I still have problems with other parts. But not pre-ordering this time around will still depend on what I see beforehand, only this time I'm not going to ignore my instincts about what looks like a rushed and lower quality game, if that's what I see in the marketing phase.
