Funny thing happened on the way to Lothering on one false start of the game (was just playing Dalish Elf origin story and went a bit beyond). I kicked Morrigan, asked her to leave when I picked up dog on the way to Lothering. Well she left and when I got to Lothering, she still has dialogue with Alistair even though she's not there. The camera pans to the empty spot where she would have been standing during the dialogue. I have the 2nd game patch installed.
