I try to sleep with as many characters as possible in recent playthrough, but when I do the Questioning belief, the Flirt option doesn't appear. He didn't sleep with me after the Bitter Pill as well. Is it because I have flirted with Anders? I tried to avoid sleeping with Isabella before doing the quest.
