All the characters in ME3 except Liara, Javik, EDI, Garrus, Vega, and Tali got swept aside and or completely cut out that includes alot of past npc characters too. I want Bioware to explain the reason why to me character by character.

Technically, the list looks like this:chidingewe8036 wrote...

Liara:
Got a lot of content with a light gap of "no content" in the middle section of the game (after coup and before Thessia).
BIG downside: most of her content has some romantic undertone, offending her fans and other players. Her fans may believe Liara's content is not special enough since it's available to everyone, others may believe Liara's shoved in their face.
Garrus:
Got content for every portion of the game, no gaps.
Your "bro" - if you like it or not.
Vega:
Got content for every portion of the game, no gaps.
Also your "bro". Vega feels a bit like Garrus in ME1: he looks up to Shepard and the relationship is like between the mentor (Shepard) and the pupil (Vega).
Javik:
Spacetroll DLC that got implemented perfectly. You just need to keep in mind the "From the Ashes" DLC was planned to be part of the vanilla game, so Javik is no "real" DLC character.
The unfriendly brother in arms that slowly becomes a friend.
EDI:
Good content with numerous gaps throughout the game. Actually, the entire "synthetic becomes like a human" plot is not fleshed out enough since most of the content has to do with "hooking her up with Joker". Besides that, her story feels incomplete, I don't know why.
Tali:
Too late in game to be marked as one character that got too much content; she's only back in the last third of the game. Her content for that last third is okay so far.
-----
Ashley:
Her finest hour is the Mars Mission: she feels like the one we know from ME1. Everything seems to be right before she gets beaten to pulp by Dr. Coré.
Hospital content is okay, but can be missed too easily. As soon as you have visited her thrice, she vanishes and won't re-appear until the coup (which can happen if you visit Ash after doing a secondary planetside missions). Feels a bit like a gap; Ash should be available for random talk in lower presidium.
Once the coup is done, you can recruit her. But if you never did the romance and don't intend to do so, she has no rewarding content anymore. Ashley is just another option for your squad - and one that can be replaced easily by Garrus (Sniper) or Vega (Tank).
Even if you do the romance arc Ashley's story comes with giant gaps between her recruitment, drunken scene, the date and the romantic climax. In worst case (by doing most side missions quite late), you can have 10 hours of gameplay between the date and the romantic climax with no content at all, while Garrus or Vega have tons of stuff filling that time.

Not sure if questioning your commander on same old **** many times feels right, actually. For me, at least.

Well, she kinda did it in ME1, like when you saved the Rachni Queen.Rudy Lis wrote...

Besides that, it wasn't THAT bad on Mars. However, it was bad AFTER the Coup: Ash is talking about Cerberus. Cerberus, Cerberus, Cerberus -.-

Ironically I've just heard that part, naturally, several minutes ago, while making that screenshot. She voiced concern, with reasonable ground, but it was voiced in different manner.

You forgot Cerberus.
