the good players are leaving because of all the nerfs then theres the teens high school starting college as well and then theres darksiders 2 release and soon borderlands and black ops 2 release if you think this is bad now wait till borderlands and zombies co op blast this to oblivion and i believe bioware wants that to happen so they dont have to maintain this whiney ass community anymore

I would not be burnt out if I could reliably play the game. Since the last dlc came out, there's about a 50/50 chance that I get disconnected before finishing a match. To add to my frustration it usually happens in wave 10 or 11.

I do still enjoy playing rounds on MP, but because I'm a causal player I feel I'll never be able to get rewards that are commiserate with the time and effort I put into the game. I don't farm gold, I don't play Platinum, I just like to run through the maps and blast the opposition with a full extraction at the end. This means I have few credits to spend and the pack system is so stingy with giving me what I want, there are fewer and fewer incentives to keep coming back. People don't talk during matches like they did at the start either, so it's not even entertaining on that front. Something would have to change to alter my declining interest in this gaming experience.

True dat. I seem to be doing that a lot lately as well. TF2 keeps giving things I already have ¬.¬NorthWestDork wrote...
At least in TF2 I can turn all the extra random crap into fancy hats.

Nope. I'm sure I will eventually stop playing though. Burnout happens with every game. For most it is temporary.

Not quite yet since I am still in the process of unlocking the rares... but I hope before then we have new enemies, objectives, maps, game modes, and alternate multiplayer characters costume by the time I do. Hell if they released an major expansion to the muyltiplayer I'll buy a few PSP packs with money to show my appreciation.

I'd love to play more, but poor balance choices (small issue) and the total lack of direly-needed patches (huge issue) are keeping me from enjoying the experience. It's hard to invest when I feel like Bioware is just passing us by every once and a while to slide some DLC under the door. Why should I commit to a game as a player when the developers are either unwilling or unable to do the same? There are plenty of other titles receiving the post-game support they deserve. As customers, we have every reason to migrate right now.
