Open up PC to modding and just eliminate xp / credits for those matches. Let the players come up with new modes / enemies since Bioware doesn't seem to be doing it.

Basically the game needs new enemies and modes at this point. New characters / maps last a little while, but without new enemies or game modes it gets stale faster the longer it's been out.

I'm getting tired of constantly receiving characters and weapons that I don't want and will never use. Mind you, this isn't simply a matter of not getting a particular item, but rather being inundated with all sorts of things that are simply not relevant to my playstyle. Yes I'm sure -someone- would like to have a Disciple or a Graal Spike Thrower or a Claymore or a Scimitar, but that someone is not me. To date, the only rare weapons I've received (other than in a Commendation pack) are shotguns.

Mix that in with the propensity for me to get Melee or Biotic based characters and upgrades on a consistent basis and you've got a real recipe for frustration. I don't like melee, I don't do melee, it's just not anything I'm good at. Hell, I couldn't hit the broadside of a barn with a shotgun in game, so why in the world am I forever cursed with this nonsense. And where exactly is my motivation to keep playing given this "rewards" system.

I should also point out that I don't have all day, every day to devote to farming gold on Platinum and I'm not going to spend my own money on the available packs. So no, I don't pull down 20 Premium Spectre Packs a day, if I did, this might not be that big of an issue. Perhaps Bioware has geared this system specifically to that element of the player base that has that much time and or money to invest leaving the rest of us "up a creek" as it were. I just don't know. All I can really say though is that it's making the experience less than worth it.

Everyone suffers at the hands of the RNG. It seems that everyone is unlocking things that they don't want. I get seriously mad sometimes when I remember that I have every rare weapon leveled to X but I am still missing several characters. Everyone has their own reason for being upset with this store system, but I personally don't see a better alternative.

Anyway, I go through phases with this game. I'll stop playing for a couple of weeks then they announce a new DLC which keeps me occupied for awhile. I think we can all agree that killing endless hordes of enemies gets a bit stale, though. Adding new objectives, weapons, maps, and characters helps, but not much. The choices within the "fight the horde" gameplay are diverse, but I think that's a problem in itself - it's hard to stay entertained for as long as we have (since launch for most of us) with only one game mode.
