Hi, I was curious to understand how the multiplayer works over the internets. ME3 is a bit different than q3a which was the last online game i played ( wow, thats ten years ago!). I remember connecting to a server based on lesst ping and get on with the game. I rarely remember disconnects as frequent as me3. Whenever I host a game, the framerate drops a lot for a second or two when someone joins in midgame. There is also this EA server fail which happens very often and is frankly killing the game.
So i was just wondering, if everything is so dependent on Mordor's server then why do people advise against hosting on slow connections?
