I am having the issue with Landsmeet not triggering when I enter the Landsmeet Chamber, previously posted in this thread.   

I read that the Dog Mod I was using could cause the issue .  So I removed dog, then disabled the mod as instructed.  I loaded an old save, force loaded, then saved, shut down game, reloaded the new save, and started the entire game back before rescuing Anora.

However, it still has no Loghain when I arrive, it doesn't start.  Since I am only finishing this current game to see the cutscenes and dialogs that occur from making completely different decisions from my first game, I really don't care to play this character from the start, again.

Is there a way for me to use the Toolset or the Console Commands to force the Landsmeet to trigger Loghain and party to appear?  I have looked in the Tutorials and Googled trying to find out exactly how to do this if possible.  If I missed some guide someone can point out, that would be most appreciated.
