Unicorns usually don't have two horns.
Zombies aren't usually the product of hunger spirits entering a corpse. Demons themselves aren't usually spirits who feed off various negative concepts.
Fantasy creatures can have a wide range of interpretations and expressions. You might think that a creature with two horns is a poor interpretation of a unicorn, fair enough. However, those are the unicorns in Thedas.
