If you try to buy DLC for Mass Effect 3 using Origin after pressing the "complete purchase" always produces a window with the message:
TEMPORARILY NOT AVAILABLE
Unable to complete this action. The server may be overloaded or maintenance is carried out. Please try again in a few minutes.
On account of a sufficient number of points:
CURRENT BALANCE BIOWARE POINTS:2160 Points BiowareYOUR ORDER:SET "Shootout" 160 POINTS BIOWAREFINAL BALANCE TO THE ORDER:2000 Points Biovare
Support EA said that an account is OK, contact Bioware
