So once upon a time I bought this game called Dead Rising 2.  It had a new main character from DR1 and it was a good game.  But a lot of people missed the original character.... so they made a new game called DR2 off the record.

It was the same principle, except for the fact that instead of Chuck going to Fortune City, Frank went instead.  And it worked out fine, like two seperate games.  You could choose the canon you wanted.

Would anyone else like to see a new ME3?  Just pretend it never happened and start again from the ending of ME2.  Guaranteed lots of money and a second chance to get it right.  This time it could actually be a RPG with a coherent ending and not Gears of War lite.  What do you think?

Are you... are you joking? That's incredibly stupid, in a financial, literal and mental sense! WE DIDN'T LIKE YOUR ENDING, SO LET'S REMAKE THE ENTIRE GODDAMN GAME WITH A BETTER ENDING DESPITE THE FACT THAT PEOPLE CAN JUST VISUALIZE IT AND ALREADY OWN THE GAME!

Well I wouldn't mind possibility to have improved ME3 but not in remake form. A lot of people paid for the game, and some of them were fans that were waiting for it for years... and those loyal people are supposed to pay for something that should already be made? Truth be told there is not much that BW can do about the game unless they will make TON of DLC that will gradually change those game aspects:

- Autodialoque
- Fetch type quest (or just add more)
- Add more endings for everyone
- Do something for ME2 squadmates
- Give Tali in game model (maybe remake the love scene or something) since this photoshop face while being nice it's BADLY photoshoped face.
- Do something about Kai Leng...maybe more apperances so we can better get to know the man.

Err, wasn't that an Add-on/DLC to Dead Rising 2, rather than a completely seperate game?

Mass Effect 1 was duck and cover shooter, just when the odds were overwhelming anyway, ME2 and 3 were still good action wise, and they will not remake the ending of the game...just tweak it a little here and there, and maybe a few more tweaks with DLC...who knows what the rest of the DLC will do to the ending if anything at all.

Why would they. Mass Effect 3 is a great game. It has it's flaws. But it doesn't need to be remade. This is a really silly thread.

The game is fine to many. And it is not fine to many. The game is what it is, and it is something everyone who owns it. Deal with it.

It should be remade. With a few exceptions, ME3 was poorly executed and misfocused, even if you ignore the endings. It was linear as hell and choices that should have mattered simply didn't, not to mention the glut of autodialogue, lack of dialogue choices, terrible sidequests, and almost complete focus on combat.

I'm not saying that nothing from ME3 is salvageable: keep the combat for the most part, and the general gist of the story. Tuchanka and Rannoch would only need minor changes. But as a whole ME3 simply didn't deliver where it should have and so much that was promised wasn't there.

Well i feel it should be remade someday not right away of course someday there working on Dragon Age 3, most likely with the newest consoles there will be a remake into "HD"... ME3 where it's a great game in many ways, it really does fail and plain out short, boring, and everything else Terror_k said i totally agree with, i really hate the autodialoge especially for people like Zaeed cmon really couldn't add some talk, but a lot of the characters were like that.
