You mean how in comics and other material they go out of their way to always talk about Shepard without using any male or female noun?

Or maybe you are under the impression that Shepard is the protagonist of the books?

There isn't a canon Shepard.

Sheploo and the basic Fem!Shep are simply defaults, nothing more.

There is a cannon Shepard because the Shepard in the books is a male.

Bwahahahahhaha

That was funny.

Try harder

If you can counter it then go ahead.

Shepard's gender is not mentioned in the books.
Now go away.

lets not confuse cannon with a writers hand being forced to write either "he" or "she " when referencing shepard

Where is Shep's gender mentioned anywhere in the books?

Personally I haven't read the books while I will listen what some of my friends tell me when they read the books.

If it aren't the homophobes stirring up the place then the sexists take a go at it. Cute.

Supply the evidence if Shepard isn't a male in the books

Yet you ignore everyone else saying that Shepard is a man, which tells me that you're blffing.

I know you're trying to troll me at this point.
Shepard's gender is not mentioned in the books. You claim otherwise, the onus is on you to provide one example, a line of dialogue, where it is mentioned.

How is that when you aren't countering it without an ad hominem.  I see your bluff and I'm not afraid.

You mean the first book telling the story of Anderson and Saren?

Or maybe the other books with Paul Greyson?

Like... Shepard is not the protagonist of the books and just like in the comics if mentioned they go out of their way to say Shepard and never refer to the character as he or she?

ahhhh but since you have not read the books...

Wait, there's a cannon shep. I thought you could only choose male or female

You should learn the definition of "trolling" then because I'm not "trolling" at all.

If Shepard wasn't a male then it wouldn't have been mentioned in some of the books while FemShep would have been an equal in ME1 and ME2.  FemShep is the most popular while she sadly isn't cannon.

They've already picked a canon. Shepard's going to be male in the movie(s).

End of line, FemShep.

We've got this all wrong everyone, Blueprotoss is just trying to make us laugh.
That or he got bored antagonising the Thane fans.

The movie has what bearing on game canon? Oh that's right, none. Try harder, at least protoss is vaguely amusing.

Creating red herrings won't help neither will resorting to ad hominems.  If you have a case then you would have the counter while its really a bluff.

What do devices that fire powerful projectiles invented hundreds of years ago have to do with Shepard? Does this Cannon Shepard have a cannon instead of an arm or something?

'Cause that would be pretty cool.

How is that when Shepard was already male to begin with.
