Canon Shepard used a cannon on Harbinger and everyone else. Then trolled the universe into thinking that whole starbrat thing happened. That's my artistic intregity and so that's the bottom line.

I think you misunderstood me there. lol. In game FemHawke was (and still is) the #1 default. But the artwork of FemShep made me think FemHawke would be bounced to #2 on the list. But then cartoony in game solidified FemHawke keeping her place in the top spot.

FemHawke was my first default EVER male or female in a game that let me customize. And on PC, loved the mods too that let us tweak it a little more.

And I have the game on PC and 360. I like the PC for the mods. Even got a mod that made Aveline look good. lol. That one messed me up though. I went to play on the 360 later and first time I saw default Aveline, I actually said outloud, "WTF? Aveline looks tore up!"

I actually started on 360, then got my gaming laptop and haven't looked back since - Dragon Age mods are the best:wizard:

There's a mod that does a nice Bethany but requires you to not use default Hawke (Hawke can be either male or female for the mod). You had to use a different preset to get that Bethany mod to work. Know what I did? Create... and first chance I had to hit the Emporium on a female one, I changed FemHawke to the default in that mirror in the Emporium. lol  Male one I did for that Bethany I didn't bother changing.

I've been wanting to do another Dragon Age run through but I have DAO Ultimate on 360 so all the stuff but the mods on PC are hard to resist.

See, I can't bring myself to change the companions - it just doesn't feel right to me, couldn't even put Isabela in 'proper' armour, only the re-coloured versions of her own outfits. But that's mainly because it changes her entire body shape, and I like her original body

Oh yeah, the fact that the canon shepard is a butch lesbian who Romances Liara, has a fling with Kelly, destroys the Reapers then rides off into the sunset to make lots of little blue children 

Edit - it's late and my spelling's gone to crap so i'm off to bed, hopefully this thread'll keep going all night and I'll have more amusement in the morning

the fact is that you choose your friends word (which is opinion) that Shepard is male, while Bioware even stated that there is no canon Shepard, good choice there thats really funny

And back to the topic... canon Shepard can be either because the story being told gets changed over time (stargazer scene reduced the trilogy to being a holodeck experiment). But the one thing that remained constant was Shep was a bad Mo'Fo who kicked all the reapers back into that hole they came from and destroyed them all. Now the legend gets screwy because was Shepard a male that is now with Ashley, a female that got jobbed by Jacob becoming a baby's daddy, a male that is hanging with Miranda, or were they all wrong and Shepard is actually a Krogan (how easily bashing into things and causing a lot of damage)?

And Shep feeling bad or having issues with all the carnage he/she did, did not happen. That was stargazer man ad libbing stuff in to not frighten the kid how bad of a Mo'Fo Shep was. Ending of ME3? He messed that up too in his holodeck experiment.

You see neither of their faces as well. though Noble six does lose his helmet... The point being... No faces!
