I don't think so. ME3 was amazing, start to finish.
Before or after the EC?
Both.

If BW did something along the lines of Broken Steel, then I might think about getting DLC ... but for now I'll just watch via Youtube.

For ****'s Sake, Bioware are a company, a busniess! Not artists!
An artist is someone who makes art, so this implies you don't believe Mass Effect 3 qualifies. Then how do you define art such that it excludes ME3, or possibly video games?
Yet the middle finger came from the small uproar of "fans". Its ironic that you're are the one refusing here since Bioware owns and created ME.Craven1138 wrote...

Could they
No. They had their shot and they blew it. After ending DLC they gave us finger ("reject ending") and said again that their endings are super-cool (by making them even more similar and packing each one with candies and rainbows). Ending renders game and any added content unacceptable.

A Broken Steel like expansion or DLC would require a lot more work than Fallout 3 took in terms of changing the ending; also how would you keep Shepard alive in an ending like Control? Or are you suggesting they make a DLC just for Destroy people - something that would alienate Control and Synthesis people and thus is something they would never do?
Hopefully this is a joke based on how everything is art whether you love it or hate it. I'm sure you probably don't buy that many DVDs, CDs, books, or video games based on your views.Conniving_Eagle wrote...

No, ME3 does not qualify as art. If you're going to stick with that bull**** argument, Bioware are a company before they are "artists," even though I doubt any of them went to art school. I didn't pay $70 for a piece of art, I paid $70 for a video game, damnit. If ME3 is "art" then they should start advertising it as such so people won't fall for their ploy anymore.

I honestly don't have an answer to that - perhaps an ending in which I could just tell the Catalyst to go to hell and not doom the entire galaxy to extinction. One that shows war assets actually doing what war assets do, maybe. The RGB endings and the Catalyst are integral to ME3, and with those in play I just can't bring myself to do anything in the game world anymore. Just my opinion, and I don't see it changing ...

actually eagle ANYTHING can qualify as art...technically.
If other forms of entertainment can be considered art (Like movies for instance) why cant games? They take just as much craftsmanship if not more. Just because you buy it and can play it doesnt make it any less a work of art.
Or are paintings not considered art anymore because you can buy prints of em?

So they're the worse when they didn't do what you personally wanted. This happens to be a great example of a straw-mann. I hate Justin Beiber and the author that created Twilight while I won't say they're the worse based on my personal dislike of them.Hannah Montana wrote...
Bioware are the worse artists ever, they don't even finish their works.
And then they have to correct their mistakes later.
i enjoyed the game and its story
i always welcome new dlc for the sp to add to it

If I want to look at art, I will go to one of the many local galleries around here. I don't go to the movies or buy a video-game for that.
Some actual artists like painters and sculpters have changed their work because the consumer was unhappy with it. Even writers have. Bioware are no true scotsman.

I know right Montana! Just like all those directors cuts and rereleases of that acceptable artform known as "Movies"
All that going back and changing and adding things....some even up to 20-30 years later!
You don't have to go to an art gallery, art show, or art museum to see art because art is everywhere. Plus there's no need too create a straw-mann.Conniving_Eagle wrote...

A superhero movie, by definition, you know, it's comic book. It's for kids. It's adolescent in its core. That has always been its appeal, and I think people who are saying, you know, Dark Knight Rises is, you know, supreme cinema art, I don't think they know what the **** they're talking about.

Local galleries that have those paintings because they were sold for money. I think you are confusing art with "artsy".
And BioWare did change their work based on unhappy customers, so your last point is moot.
