In game I have a strange problem with the color on character models.  All menus look great, but during character creation and movies my characters are all black.  On the inventory and character screen, they have oddball colors like green skin.

My current graphics card is an nVidia 8800GT with the newest beta drivers (I upgraded from the current release when the problem first started, but it didn't fix it).
I'm running Windows 7 32-bit.

So far I have changed all the graphics options, resolution, detail, textures, AA, v-sync, etc... but nothing has helped.

Try turning Antialiasing - transparency to multisampling (maybe supersampling but...) at nvidia control panel... it worked for me, the alternative seems to be disabling the Frame buffer, not so good.

1. The tech forum had already been split out, so that this was off-topic here.

2. Moderators were telling me that the message traffic was too high to do anything about non-topical threads at that time.

3. His problem almost certainly was his drivers were out of date.

NO. My drivers are not OOD, and I'm having a similar prob, except mine manifests as a wierd green over everything. I switched from the manual control panel to auto control (ie, from 'use 3d settings' to 'let the app decide'). No dice.



Anyone have any other suggestions?
