Yeah, great argument there, sparky.

Considering your "common sense" consists of the same logical fallacies and conclusions based on no factual information besides cherry-picking and fabricating context, yeah, he does have more than you.

Pot calling the kettle black I see.

Of which you can point none out, yet again.
Stop accusing me of doing things without showing what. Then again I've come to expect nothing else of you.

don't use that phrase, you'll make Blueprotoss appear

Do I really need to dig up every single anti-synthesis thread where you've continued to spout this idea about brainwashing and Reaperization?  I mean really, we've had these back and forths in your own threads long enough that I don't think I need to start specifically quoting you.  You've popped up in Iedra's Synthesis thread as well.

The more likely explanation is that Wrex's political opponents are still there, just not being shown, in favor of more positive material.

That means organics will still want to kill synthetics and vice versa after synthesis, we just don't see them in the slides. So you synthetized all life for... what?

Not to solve starchild's problem, I'll tell you that.

There will be conflict, but not synthetic vs organic.

Same as having a machine that will erase all political conflict, Organics are supposed to be in conflict with synthetics, as is there supposed to be political conflict, the range and amount can vary, but it will always be,

And the way you put it, synthesis will take away my right as an Organic (Free will) to be in conflict with with Synthetics, and in that way synthesis does brainwash people.

Synthesis is disgusting and goes agains the very nature of mankind: Conflict.

There ARE different forms of conflict.  Just because biologically people are similar doesn't "conflict" ends.  "Conflict" is a rather vague, wide-sweeping term anyway.  If you and I have a idealogical disagreement, then we're in "conflict" with one another.

So yeah, conflict still exists, it just means it likely won't result in physical wars.

Everything I've said has been extrapolated from the game. You and others like you have yet to provide any explanation as to why people would happily stand alongside the Reapers that murdered their loved ones.

All you do is fallaciously compare the war with the Reapers with real life conflict, when the Reapers are magnitudes above anything we have ever fought. The sheer magnitude of what they did goes beyond even human attempts at genocide. Yet you casually ignore this fact because it doesn't suit you.

Go ahead and quote me on brainwashing. Because SOMETHING is affecting them, and that is SHOWN in the game.

Edit: Oh and yeah. Ieldra's thread. Such a bastion of logic. With synthesis supporters arguing that Javik should be assassinated, and the Reapers should have their name changed to appear more friendly.

I believe that a synthesis achieved naturally by organics themselves is way more beautiful than having Shepard choose to genetically rape the entire galaxy.

A synthesis achieved by organics is going to be a lot different than that space magic wave. It wouldn't even be space magic. And in this case, organics themselves could choose if they'd want to remain organic or undergo the process of a synthesis.

There we have, synthesis takes away the options for me as an Organic to instigate or personally start a war against synthethics.

Everything you've "extrapolated" from the game is your personal interpretation and opinion of the ending.  That's it.  The fallacy is that you state it as absolute fact.

I'm not against the idea that people would be incredibly nervous or fearful of the Reapers, but you believe that absolutely no reconciliation is possible in any way shape and form.  And that the fact it DOES happen in the EC slides means SOMETHING must be wrong.  You're presenting a situation where there are only two possibilities when it's clear there are more.

I've accused you of the same thing TAO, and apologised when I resorted to insults of a personal nature. I'm sorry but you have an interpretation of events that is your own and have refused offers of examples of in game evidence as proof. If I didn't love you so much I'd probably give a more lengthy response. At points we're all going to disagree, but synthesis was a deception.
