I'm trying to play ME3 while the servers are down for maintenance. I went offline with Origin but the game still told me it can't validate DLC and won't load my saved games. If I pull the cable things are ok and I can play.

Is there any way to play ME3 offline while still having my network connection active for other things?

Nope, you gotta plug out the cable. Only way to play it
