I just wanted to buy some BioWare points from Origin for the upcoming DLC Leviathan. Is there any reason why 1600 points cost 20 € in the Client and only 15 on the website of Origin? And why can't I pay via PayPal on the website but in the client? It only says, PayPal is not accepted for BioWare points, but why?

Have you tried adding BW Points through your profile here (Profile -> Add BioWare Points)? I can confirm that PayPal works for it.
Besides, I hate to re-start with this, but this forum supports the official BioWare Store that sells physical merchandise. You might be better off in the Points forum
