I have never, EVER seen a Missile Glitcher on PC. I'm not sure whether this is because I've just been lucky or it's much more prevalent on consoles (or PC cheaters are just a lot sneakier).

The missile glitch is not possible on PC.

People will cheat, whether to make up for lack of honor in themselves, or the need to over-prove themselves at a fake contest. Complaining and whining about it doesn't help out either.

It's no skin off my bones to me, the cheaters will get banned, and I'll just keep on playing regardless. So just calm down everyone.

kind of hard to do something good when you're worried that person will turn around and sue your ass off.

If you see somebody stupid enough to equip a Striker on platinum/gold, don't use anything consumable and start the game. If they glitch, report them and leave. If they don't glitch, the game is already lost because they suck, and most people cannot carry somebody that is dumb enough to equip one.

Why? Seriously, why should I bother to report them? I don't do it, and I don't play with those who do, but it's not my job to either seek them out or report them if I come across them. If Bioware wants to track them down and ban them fine. I'm not a Bioware employee, however. I'm a consumer. I don't work for them, they work for me.

to be honest, despite the posts about it happening all the time, I only ever had to deal with the issue once. Met up with some randoms in a lobby (don't remember gamertags so don't bother to ask). They asked if I knew how to missile glitch. I said no. They offered to teach me. I said no thanks, it would take the fun out of the game for me. Told them I didn't care what they did, but if they were going to glitch please tell me so I can find a new lobby. They said stick around, they wouldn't do it. They kept their word and we extracted just fine. So, in the end, there was talk, but no actual glitching.

PC cheaters tend to edit their .ini files and things like that.  I've seen people saying that it is not possible to pull off the missile glitch on a PC, but I don't know this from experience.

You don't actually USE that gun, do you? With it being one of the weakest weapons in the game, people obviously think you are gonna do the glitch. I've had good success v geth and cerberus with a Turian sentinel using the striker to prime mobs with disruptor ammo and then using chain overload I switch to the talon or piranha to deal with armor. I have carried PUGs with that setup

Reported two last night. One guy was the best glitcher I've ever encountered too. We rarely even SAW an enemy. He was using the Falcon, and it appears you can actually bounce missiles around corners...

Keeping a list so that, when the next ban wave hits, and one of them posts "I NEVER CHEATED!!1!1 NOT ONCE!1!!", I can lolz.

One of my favorite guns too. Back to not using it until they fix the glitch again.

It'll likely be fixed in the next patch, but it was made far harder through server-side tweaks. (which cannot outright patch the game)

Make sure to file a complaint w/ xlive. There is a specfic reasoning for cheating. Not only will you get them bio baned but all games baned via xlive! mwhahaha! In fact, I *always* file the complain thru micro first and foremost. I'd rather them not be able to play *ANY* online game

I've not seen a missile glitcher since the fire rate on the Cobra Missiles was adjusted. Before that, if I saw a glitcher in-game, I'd get on my mic and tell them my feedback was on, so BW could see game data and that they're glitching. If that didn't scare them into leaving/stopping, I'd take some pics and report.

Keep the game fun, not CHEAP.
