I only started getting this 'error'  towards the end of last week.  I try to be patient, and not complain, but it's getting very frustrating.  This issue needs to be fixed.  It's rare if I get through half a match anymore.

I understand that receiving any gains only after finishing the mission (to death, or extraction) is necessary to prevent wave 3 farming, but how is this for a compromise:  give us HALF of the XP and/or credits upon completion of an objective and the other half at the end.  This at least lessens the sting of a '57-seconds-left-to-extraction' disconnect.

Yeah it's freaking annoying. I'm loosing every day Galaxy Readiness and there is nothing I can do about it as I'm not able to finish a single MP game!! Got that connection issue problem since around a week.... as many, many, many other players stated and different forum threads here and in the Origin General Forums

I have searched exhaustively for solutions, or even EA acknowledgements of this issue to no avail.  I have forwarded ports,  turned off firewall, connected directly through my cable modem (bypassing my router completely), even tried disabling the in-game option to upload game feedback.  I have tried hosting games, restarting my PC, restarting Origin, closing every other program, re-installing windows (I was going to do this anyway, it just happened to be a good test for this also)... which, of course required the re-installing of Origin, ME3 and all DLC's.  I cannot possibly imagine what other avenues I could explore to "fix" this on my end.

I too have this exact same problem, which started 5-6 days ago. Before that, I almost never lost connection.

Me too, just got kicked out of the match while doing the first objective. Was a random match, so I can't rejoin them... :|

Might as well add to this post as well. Haven't been able to complete a single game for a few days now.

I've pretty much exhausted all possibilities on my end too.
Re-installed Origin, ME3, and all DLC
Restarted computer multiple times
Disabled, re-installed, and switched AV software
Used other public and private networks
Increased priority of Origin, ME3, and EA Server (something like that anyways) .exe's in Task Manager

I still belive it's still based on location. Meaning, which EA/ME server you are connected to. I'm guessing they have several servers around the world, and based on where you are sitting you are being routed to the nearest one. What I noticed is that when there is a server update ongoing, I'm getting disconnect problems. By server update I mean when they are getting ready for a patch/dlc, maintenance or some other update like one of these operations. I also noticed I get disconnects when they work on giving out the reward packs after an operation. It never fails. For me, I haven't gotten any disconnects after the last reward has been given out UNTIL recently when they are getting ready for an update or this operation. I have no idea why, but if I should guess maybe the updates are taking too many of the servers resources leaving it unable to handle all communication between the players and the server. That's what I think, because the problem sure isn't at my place. Either EA has been too greedy with the hardware/connection speed on some of the ME servers or the updates are being prioritized instead of keeping the connection to the players up. At least that's my theory.

I don't think it's based on location but this is easy to check if you are on Windows 7. Bring up windows task manager, on "Perfomance" tab select "Resource Monitor", on the "Network" tab check "MassEffect3.exe" in the list of processes and you should see one TCP connection under "TCP connections". Check remote address, it's Mass effect 3 server, mine is 92.52.77.245. Do you see same ip?
