Justicar spamms reave, fury spamms lift, engineer spamms energy drain, demolisher spamms grenades...
I think the real problem is the shaking.

Like the buffs and nerfs, but I don't really like the KV charge buff, it has a base cooldown like almost the double of its counterparts, only to have 100 dmg more? wtf? should have been at least 150-200 dmg more

Locust could do with more damage, since even if it's damage per bullet at lvl X is now the same as a Tempest lvl 1, it is severely limited by its tiny clip (20 rounds?! For an SMG?!) and slow ROF, and its near-perfect accuracy becomes useless with the way most players use SMGs, which is at CQC. I understand that Locust is supposed to be a long range SMG but then even with the buff it isn't strong enough to do even that.
A small clip is Locust's trait so I'll leave it at that, but then I believe it's damage could've be buffed to, say, [42-53], and make it as light as the Shuriken. It's far from being overpower with this, since it'll still be limited to its small clip and slow ROF (it is the slowest SMG in the game), but it'll become a good backup weapon for long-range fighters.
Also, I still waiting for a good Incisor buff. It currently is totally inferior to the Raptor which is in the same rank, and overall many will agree that it was, and still is, the worst sniper ever existed, even with the massive nerf to the Krysae previously. A buff to the Wraith will be welcomed too since again many will agree that it's performance isn't living up to it's UR rank. I personally love this weapon as it's very balanced and doesn't have any real drawbacks, but then an UR weapon is supposed to be unique, powerful, different. The Wraith is none of those things. It's a great gun, but it just doesn't feel like an UR.
Well, I'll stop my ranting. I like this week's changes, and I hope that it'll get better from now on.

I don't think anyone with the Hornet will use the locust so i don't fuxkin care seriously
I don't think the BC buff is necessary but no one will get hurt from that so fine
I believe adding something like a Claymore mode and Airburst mode for the sticky will be good .
The slayer is already not slashing since people knows B.C+P.D loop melee build is the better way to go, and Bioware you have succeed in slashing his name “slayer" off..............

Every single one i play with does it, even when i tell them to do it away from me to stop messing with my aim they continue to spam it right by me. It needed the nerf regardless of what you think. 1k+ damage (similar to smash) and a much longer reach compared to smash, it needs to share the same cooldown as smash.

This won't stop them. They're doing it to troll you. Making them have to wait longer to fire it again won't stop them from trolling you with it. Just an FYI.MinusBlindfold wrote...

Ya, is a bit annoying when you are trying to line up some shots then you-know-who comes up right beside and starts spamming earthquakes. Does make me wish infiltrators had a "slap person upside the head" move with my female infiltrator using her "Cut it out" VO line.

Well done Bioware. I will give the Vanguards another try on Gold now. I am still a little wary because of the many insta-grabbing Boss enemies on the higher waves, but maybe I don't have to limit the Novaguard to Silver anymore.
