As far as this nerf is concerned, toning it down just a tad is one thing. Crippling it is entirely another -- and this is what this nerf exactly is. And for what reason? Simply because of jackasses who were the ones DOING IT WRONG by doing nothing but spamming Smash/BioticSlash/ElectricSlash across 11 waves?
How is adding ~0.5 seconds to the cooldown (if that) completely crippling it? This is exactly what toning down is for me. Before that, the cd was way too generous given the intensity of the power. Sure, it's never fun to see your abilities getting weakened, but some changes are actually justified.

So any power used over and over again should be Nerfed? Watch out faster classes. And don't use TC to often
Ahhh, so funny. Especially considering that TC had already been nerfed.

N7 Shadow still needs a buff or a fix with her shadow strike. Chances are you are probably gonna be detected and start getting shot at half the times right after or even before you hit your target. It is too unreliable to be used throughout an entire game. So either make a damage immunity before uncloaking from shadow strike or undetectable by enemies before you hit them. Since now that you nerfed the electric slash, making the class useless in platinum.
So not correct. The class never even needed a point in ES in order to be viable on Plat (less so against the Reapers, with SM's final rank bugged). If you're getting detected so often, it can mean one of the three things:
- you simply allow enemies to spot you before cloaking,
- you stay in melee range for much longer than necessary,
- or you end up with very laggy hosts that delay your actions (and Shadow is just as sensitive as most Vanguards in that matter).

Was something changed about the stagger effect of the Banshee shockwave? Before, staying in cover made the shockwave wash over you harmlessly. Since today, it staggers you out of cover?!?! Nasty, I say! Strangely, when shooting over cover, one is staggered no more. Seems like a glitch to me, behaviours switched or something.
I was under the impression that it had always worked like that.
