I just started playing yesterday and I have been playing MMO's but I'm confused on what builds go well with certain jobs? Right now I am using a Human Warrior *I think*

Can someone help me by giving a good build/stat/skill distribution

Suggestion for other classes are also welcome :P Thanks

if you have played MMOs you should understand some of the basic stuff.

what kind of character do you want to play?

depends what you want to be put all your points in con with a s&s warrior to tank. Dual wiled daggers use posions, put all points in dex & cunning then specialize in Duelist & assassin. for an archer scale the middle talent tree 1st get arrow of slaying as a mage killer & specialize i bard & ranger. put points in cunning & dex again, strength at 20 for best armor. mage doesn't matter, what ever u go you'll destroy worlds & it will be really easy lol. if you want massive damage be a warrior & dual wield axes or swords with berserker specialization & champion.

In MMO terms:

Tank
Heavy DEX will make your Tank harder to hit, which is good. Enough WILL to keep your Sustainables running and enough left over for taunt. Focus heavily on the second and third line of the Sword and Shield Talents and make sure to get Taunt from the warrior Talents. High DEX will make him harder to hit, but you can buff CON instead as some people like beefier tanks vs. dodgy tanks. The Champion Specialization works good with Tanks in my opinion.

Damage and Utility
This would be the 2Handed Warrior. Tons of STR and a fair amount of WILL and DEX. Sprinkle in a bit of CON for good measure and there you have it. Try and avoid massive armor as it exudes more threat. My 2H'er finished the game on hard wearing Ancient Elven Armor and did fine. Focus on the top line from the Warrior Talents, and make sure to get Indomidable (or indubidable as I call it). I found every single 2H warrior talent very useful, so learn 'em and use 'em. Specialize in Reaver and Berzerker for extra goodness.

Haven't played around with a Dual wielding Warrior. I feel that the rougues would do better with it, so....

Remember, this is what worked for me. Add to stats as needed, pause often, and learn the Combat skills ASAP.

There is no magic type warrior. The magic stats as a warrior only effects how potent your health poitions are. If you wanted to play a magical warrior you should have picked a mage class & unlock arcane warrior specialisation that allows your character to use magic attributes as a substitude for strength, which allows you to use weapons and armor that is only reserved for rogues & warrior class. Beware though as only certain spells can be cast with warrior class weapons.
