TURN OFF THE CODE OF CONDUCT POP-UP -- SO. DAMN. ANNOYING!!!

I'm so sick and tired of the code of conduct pop-up NON-STOP since like March of this year and taking up like 3 paragraphs at the top of every forum lobby. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! If anyone hasn't read the stupid blurb by now then they NEVER will!

The pop up does not (and should not) appear every time you log into the forum. If it is, you may have a problem with accepting cookies. Please check your browser and internet settings.

It pops up EVERY time on 4 different computers I use and an iPad..l the problem is NOT on my end!

Using cookies to not let it pop-up is still anoying. I get the pop-up backup everytime I let CCleaner do a cleanup of my computer, which is about once every week. I set my browser to remember my password, so I won't have to re-logon after every cleanup, but still having to see those code of conduct before i can see the forum, is anoying.

agreed, please remove this "pop up on login" stuff. it is really annoying.
