Well look the mods are obviously reading the forums, so tell them what you would have liked in Warden's Keep like this thread. Then they'll tell the devs what you had in mind when you thought of "base of operations".

Many including myself have mentioned the lack of luster of Wardens keep. If they enhance Wrdens keep I'm sure it will be far off, and not on the top of thier priorities.

I'd say worth it.

And I used Starfang and Warden armor for like, the whole game.... least, on my last character.

Still got to try the Rogue and Mage abilities you get though.

The only thing that I was disappointed with the peak is that they put the vendors on the outside. You have all these outbuildings that they could have renovated, but they're all outside... I ddn't like that, seemed rushed.

While I have some of the same reservations about the peak, I don't understand someone coming and telling me what to, or not to, buy. Especially here. An opinion is an opinion. But the header was not phrased as an opinion, but an order. Who the ? does the OP think they are telling me how to spend my $? I'll do just as I like, thank you.

And if I have valid (or even not valid) complaints, I'll take it up with the company that sold it to me. Okay?

Alot of us were expecting something similar to the Oblivion "house" DLCs, I think.

I'm worse :lol::

I really expected something like Crossroads Keep in NWN 2

Well said. I'm a bit tired of listening to these legions of self-appointed freedom fighters telling me what I can and can't buy. I earned my salary, so I get to choose what I spend it on, i'm afraid.

Agreed with the op; not worth it. I got it as a part of the Steam's Digital Deluxe Edition, but if i had bought it separately, i'd be feeling pretty ripped off too. That said, i am not buying further DLCs for Dragon Age (unless BioWare releases expansion sized ones), but i will buy the collection with all the DLCs' after they are released. Much cheaper and easier, though it takes a bit patience.

Yeah, that all caps proclamation of "I am king of the internets, do as I say" is kinda full of it. I purchased it seperately, and I don't regret doing so. I mentioned this in another thread, but if you're only going to play the game once, then it's questionable. Someone else pointed out if you take one example seperately from the package, then it's questionable. However, I don't see where anyone can get off telling me that I wasted my money if I enjoyed, or still enjoy what I bought. If you found it waste, by all means go to Subway and buy yourself a 5$ foot long, and then spend extra to get chips and a drink, and tell yourself how much smarter you are than me for spending that cash on something that I'll be using again and again as I replay the game. You can, if you wish, reuse that lunch, but please don't share the details.

I bought it. The reason?

Well because Dragon Age: Origins - is written so well, with such dynamic content, and attention (for the most part) to detail that a little bit extra to them, for a tiny bit extra to me, might mean that they keep the set going, and make sure not to pull a "Masters of Orion 3" on us. (If you do not know the game, well MOO, MOO2 were epic, truly the best of the best of their times. Much fanfare was made on MOO3, with talks of new and super dynamic changes... and the game could hardly be played, the AI had no AI, the game would burn out what few ideas it had, then you would decline in standings with all races regardless of your kindness or superiority to them... it was an epic fail)

I hope that supporting a WinRAR of a game, that I can see future versions of it keep to the core idealism that made it great.

"I cannot tell you the formula for success, but I can certainly tell you the formula for failure: try to please everybody"

"Some people just complain: you give them a million dollars in fifty dollar bills, and they will complain that it is not in hundreds."

Those are two of my favorite quotes. That said, I would have gladly paid $15 for Soldier's Peak - and there are some folks who would be complaining if it cost three dollars instead of seven. /shrug

It's $7. That is not a big deal, and if you like the game it's a small amount of money to add more content to it. If spending $7 breaks you, you shouldn't be playing video games.
