I'm sorry to hear about your friend.  A similar case arose with another Cerberus defector.  It appears that there was a shipment of faulty L4 implants a while back, which could be what has led to the issues with Biotic powers.  We do have a list of accredited physicians we could recommend your friend see.  Best case scenario, the implant can be replaced & upgraded to an L5, and our product may not even be necessary!

Dear Sir,

It depends on the reason why you are thinking of switching to Tech.  If it is solely because your Biotics are letting you down, then I'd recommend our product.  You want to make sure you are thinking with a clear head.  It is not uncommon for people to experiment with Tech now and again, especially at a young age.  We also have no problems with Tech users.  We feel everyone has a right to choose their respective lifestyle, and we do not discriminate based on this.

That brings me so much joy to read.  It really is sad when you feel like you're primed and ready to detonate, but the prime just isn't there, or it doesn't last.  When your Biotics don't match what your heart is feeling, it really does put you into a dark place and causes so much pain to you and those around you.
