Everytime I log in right after the press any button to continue the game says it is connecting after several seconds of it connecting it wheel in the top corner stops turning shortly after it displays the message the mass effect server is unavailable at this time. please try again. if I click on the connect to EA server button at the bottom of galaxy at war area or the multiplayer tab the same thing happens. I've tried reinstalling and repairing the game and all its DLCs, updating origin disabling my firewall and virus etc doing all sorts of useless things by the origin help staff. I've even tried running various commands in the cmd function and the quick fixes like alt tabbing during the connecting screen. After it fails to connect it states that my From Ashes DLC does not work depiste repairing it. Has anyone had this problem too and/or has anyone found a fix for this problem is it sounds similar. To reiterate I cannot connect to multiplayer what so ever as I am stuck at the main menu.

Further more this is not a recent problem as I have been unable to play since late July. I was able to play the Earth DLC and have tried multiple times on multiple days

I have the same problem and I am really getting annoyed with how no one from Bioware has seen fit to comment on these type of topics yet. I've missed 2 weekends now.

Same... Was able to squeeze in a game during Operation Olympus then never was able to connect to Mass Effect 3 servers ever again.

I filed a ticket to EA Help for a similar issue. Please do the same, I presume that's going to get the problem analyzed and solved faster than posting on the forums.

Put me in the ranks as well as not being able to do multy-player...I got my reward packs earlier today and I tried logging in about midnight tonight to try out the new SMG I got. First it told me all my DLC was missing and i had to log back in. when i tried to do that I got the could not connect to server...First I thought it was my firewall once more blocking everything bit it seems that other people are havuing the same problem today.

I've been locked out ever since Operation: Olympus and I've been calling EA every 3 or 4 days and so far none of them are able to help. I've been escalated up several times and eventually was able to determine that I'm receiving 100% packet loss when attempting to connect to the EA servers. This apparently is only happening on my machine since others are able to connect to my Origin account and log onto ME3 with no issue on other machines on the same network as me. I've tried connecting via other internet connections with no success but others on the same connection can connect with no problem.

The horribly irritating thing is that all my DLC verifies, which means that the game IS talking to the EA server, it's just for whatever reason utterly refusing to load MP

The latest version ORIGIN - 9.0.11 is necessary and on their site suggest to load still old - 9,0,2,2065.
And it will be necessary to remove old and to put new - when they at last will lay out it. It is necessary a file "OriginSetup.exe"

The file "OriginSetup.exe", offered on loading should be more than 61,9mb - then it is the new version.

noticed the same thing after downlaoding the extended cut DLC, i am nolonger able to get into multiplayer, getting the same error "can't connect to EA server"

I think this was the start of the problems for me, when my launcher updated.
the game was, well I won't say working fine, but at least it was working untill last friday
