I reinstalled DAO tonight. I got everything back except The Stone Prisoner and Feast Day Gifts. Why I do not know when I paid for them. Part of the problem is except for those 2 and Blood Dragon Armor on the registered content there is NO downloadable.
It is not in my installed section. I found some information and managed to get Stone Prisoner to show to be downloaded which requires points. I did everything I could and STILL it demands 1200 Bioware Points. So I went and bought 1600 Bioware points and again went and bought Stone Prisoner and Feast Day Gifts. Feast Day Gifts does not show at all to be downloaded nor are these two in the installed section. In addition in the download tab it now shows I have 240 Bioware Points. Which would be correct as I just rebought both IF I had bought and done the download which had not happened.
This is utterly infuriating and now am at a complete impasse as all my games require these two and IF I try and rebuy them again it just sends me to my registered content page.
Is there ANYONE here that can help me out... point me in the direction of someone that can help me?
Reinstalling DAO is NOT fun.

I have the 1.05 patch. It is not an authenticate problem. The issue is that there was no way to do a redownload from registered content page for Stone Prisoner and Feast Day Gifts. Without that there is no way to have it land on the installed part of the downloadable content. Unless there is some thread that shows more information (although I never found one here).

Ok I used the help at ea. No good. They gave me a redeem code which I used then went to start DAO and still stone prisoner shows as available content altho it won't let me buy it and it is not in the insstalled section either. My current games still say it is missing as well. To add to that they refuse to help me with Feast Day Gifts.
Is there anywhere where I can manually download these two.

And Feast Day Gifts won't show on available. Which messes up all my existing games and EA won't help on Feast Day Gifts. I did look at the wiki link but I don't see what help that is with no way to manually download from there.
Am I stuck?

Thank you for your time and patience with me. I am going to bookmark that manual installation. Unfortunately all my DAO games have to be redone because of the Stone Prisoner. Basically I went back and found Sulcher's Pass and you have to go through that since everything I tried would not put the Stone Prisoner in installed content. Again thank you very much.
