So I just beat the game, and decided to go for rejection. I have done the other endings on an older profile and notice after I beat the game on a new one that the legend achievement was not awarded. Is this a bug? Or am I really being punished for trying the "yellow" ending.

this is known, the Refuse ending does not count as victory. Whether this was on purpose is not known however.
