Once back in March where I went to the wrong extraction zone on Dagger. I was at the top of the stairs with about 10 seconds left and didn't make it to the real zone. It was only bronze with 2 other guys so it didn't really matter. But definitely face palm worthy.

Or panicking when a team mate has gone down at a critical point on Wave 9 and using 2 missiles to clear a Guardian and a single Phantom. Things like that.

lol, I did that. I was trying to use an "authentic" geth engineer build and accidentally joined a Gold match with no consumables. Sadly my team was bad so they mostly just watched me take 5 minutes to just kill a Ravager after they died.

Back when I started playing the game, I fired a missile through an Atlas' legs and it hit a nemesis. Or I aim it from too far away and it went passes its head. I just wish those times my team mates weren't around me.. but they were T__T

Last man alive... cornered in by two primes and a nemesis on FBW (aka FWB, farming with benefits). I reaved the nemesis on the opposite end of me and broke down its shields. I reaved it again once I saw it's health bar. I had 3 missiles left and focused on the two primes. Shot missile 1 at the feet of the Primes, yet somehow it missed. Shot missile 2 at the primes and one only one goes down. The last prime begins to flank the corner desk. This is it... last shot... got to make this count. *shwink* *shwink* -insta-death sound effect of Nemesis-

My response: "OMFG!!! Are you kidding me!!!??? You ****ing sl*t!!"

Lesson learned: Always confirm a Nemesis kill. Don't turn your back on them till then.

Early days mistakes.

rushed and revived a teammate...in front of a cerberus turret.
Played adept without warp-throw. Stasis snipe only.
Melee an Atlas, got grabbed.
Played vanguard off-host.
Join a gold match with avenger I, a bad accident which caused a dreadful gold syndrome.
Standed on ravager goo for too long.

I tried playing a sniper in a gold match after beating sp (wanted to see EC ending). Yeah, sp infiltrator will screw your ability to snipe.

When I first started gold... Doing U/G/G I was the last one alive facing 3 primes on wave 10 I fire a missle... Miss... Then miss my next 2 shots after that as well... I learnt very quickly from here that i should aim at the floor when using missles, quite humiliating as I realised I had 3 players watching me the whole time...

Accidentally Shadow Striking into a room full of Pyros, Hunters and Primes. Yeah I stayed down...it was better that way.

biotic charged a banshee screaming FOR TUCHANKAAAAAAAAAA.
But of course the banshee says 'lolno' to invincibility frames and i get insta gibbed mid charge.

Same as OP. With only a few seconds left for a full extraction, I also hit Shadow Strike on a distant target without even thinking.

Also fired a Cobra missile that flew straight between two Primes and up into Palaven's atmosphere.

Back in my early days of just having a Human Infiltrator, I think I was being assaulted by a Marauder or something at point blank range and I kind of panicked, hit the TC and just stood there absorbing bullets while my Mantis reloaded. It never did reload, of course.

Oh, and my very first game came a while after I'd finished the campaign, so I'd forgotten the controls. Wave 1 - used up most of my consumables (Ops packs and missiles, mainly) trying to remember how to switch weapons. :/

Luckily I have no microphone, so no one heard me... XD

Also mockingly saying "With Pleasure!" at everything that happens (including instakills) when I play a Batarian...

Like a very polite yet extremely violent gentlemen who can impale you with exploding knives, if you specc'ed that way.

Trying reload cancelling with my Widow at least five times in a row with a hunter on my tail, and hitting it *too damn early* every time. Just needed to get one more shot in, he ended up with his shield back and stun locking me to the ground.

I shot a missile at a huge atlass. Only for it to pass in between his legs, completely miss the other huge atlas behind it. Only to end up hitting a turret placed by an engineer. Who then proceeded to place a new turret on the exact same spot as the other one was before...

Firebase Goddess. Cerberus. Paladin shieldbash only. Good lord the amount of turret spawns inside and near the courtyard is frightening... though it was the invisible turret that got us mainly.

I couldn't help but lol as my teammate found himself last alive just coming from the device behind the counter in the courtyard. Three turrets were staring at him from all possible exits and he had two Phantoms headed his way XD

Got killed by an exploding Atlas I had just killed.

Really, I have no idea why I ran so close to it last night. I think I may have been trying to close in on some other enemies nearby. At any rate, my Turian Sentinel (with Stronghold gear to boot) can usually take an exploding Atlas carcass to the face on Silver and be fine other than some shield depletion. Not this time. Killfeed looked a little something like this...
