Some guy in a lobby said something along the lines of "I hope that Kamakazi guy doesn't live up to his name." I had a little hmmph moment about being called a guy and thinking I'll show him. Then proceeded to sit on a grenade at the very start of wave one causing the whole squad to go down trying to revive each other.

Too many to list. My most recent one was on Reactor. Playing as the Paladin, I feel very much immune to phantoms. So, we're all in the LZ waiting on exctraction. A phantom heads straight for me, I throw down my shield, ready to punt and she one shots me with maybe 10 seconds left. I left that lobby with my tail tucked between my legs.

- The usual firing a missile and missing EVERYTHING, even the swarmers behind them.
- Forgetting that my Turian has a stick up his butt and can't roll, boom dead.
- I was the last person alive trying to finish Wave 10, the hack circle is completely overrun with Atlas' and Phantoms, no missiles left. I finally find a tiny hidden cover area and I'm doing excellent not getting hit by anything. The objective timer runs out with literally a millimeter left on the Hack Progress bar *Objective Failed*

I think my most shameful was during Operation Olympus though, stumbled into Silver London lobby and thought 'yeah I'm going to help them achieve their commendation packs,' only to completely forget the timer on extraction. Partial extraction because I was halfway across the map still killing things.

Got so angry at one particular Ravager that I decided to punch it to death.

With light melee only.

On Silver.
 
With only a Level 1 Turian Sentinel because I had just promoted all my classes for the operation.

I used one medigel to pick myself back up after he killed me (and killed my squishy Fury friend for what felt like the bazillionth time). I got pissy and charged at him. Used another medigel when he took me down in mid-run halfway to his position. Got in the Ravager's face and didn't even want to shoot him or heavy melee him, even though he was at full health. Just light-melee punched him in the face over and over and over. Like beating the copy machine in Office Space. Burned through my remaining two medigels doing that while my buddy on the mic is laughing his butt off. With no medigels left and health dwindling, I manage to crush the Ravager's face in and kill him half a second before I drop and start bleeding out.

Made me feel better, though.

But, in hindsight, pretty dumb move to burn through ALL my medigel and potentially jeopardize our ability to finish the wave/match just for some pretty revenge.

The other day I didn't turn on hunter mode until wave 10. That game kinda sucked....

Ah, I remember I was playing on dagger when an objective wave started. For some reason I think it is an assassination mission so I'm up in the round sniper room firing down at the blue square that marks the target, but I can't actually see the enemy. I start wondering, "Is he behind cover, or is the game bugged somehow?' I keep firing at the square for about 20 seconds before I realize that it is a hack objective, not an assassination mission.

Did some of the facepalm stuff mentioned here when I was a noob, but thought those days were gone. Last night for the first time I entered a silver game with a LVL 1 Salarian Infiltrator.....with the default Mantis & Shuriken(?), with no gear. Sucked mightily and felt noobish all over again.

Can Salarians blush?

Meleeing turrets when I'm not a krogan. I normally play as one, so I forget sometimes.

It's by the time I run up to them and hold O that I realize, "This is not going to do the damage I thought it would..."
