The only three I really want are Kirrahe, Kal'Reegar, and a batarian. Well, and Miranda, but I doubt we'll get her.

A lot of these ideas are cool and all, but you have to take into account the characters that CAN die (since Bioware obviously didn't). Anyone who has the potential to die in any previous games cannot be a squadmate, since BioWare refuses to lock players out of content.

It is definitely going to be interesting to see who they add if they add anyone, has anyone heard anything by the way? Either before ME3 was released, during, or recently about any additional squaddies to be added via DLC other than Javik?????

Well they did it in ME2 with Zaaed and Kasumi(I think they were planned for the original squad but couldn't fit on the disk but I'm not sure).  Either way they were DLC squadies even though the squad was HUGE already.
Since they already have Javik in ME3, I'd say at least one more DLC character, one that makes the most sense overall to add.

Hell he'd be easy, he never talked to anyone anyway.

Besides variables aren't that damn hard. " if convo12 = true than convo152 = false convo178 = false convo199 = false; if else convo 12 = false and convo152 = true than convo178 = false.....

Basic variables don't tell me they can't handle that. They're professionals, treat them as such by thinking they CAN accomplish it as opposed to they can't. I just don't buy they can't figure out how to get an extra permanent squad member to work.

Oh I had an idea.  What if we get Zaaed in the squad as part of the Omega DLC?
You know...he's there to help take back Omega.  Didn't they say he was looking for revenge on Cerberus anyway?  So it makes a lot of sense to do this.
The thing is, meeting up with him on the Citadel didn't make much sense to me and the mission happened in seconds.  Afterward, it was ridiculous because you don't actually get to talk to him like the rest of the ME2 squadies you meet up with again.  Only thing he does is lean against the crates and says like 1 or 2 comments and that's it.  There has to be more for him. 

There should also be a scene with him coming back on the ship and kicking Diana Allers out of his old room.
Or I could imagine him in the reck room with the drinks and poker for some reason.

Why would they bring Zaeed back and not Kasumi? I probably want to see the ME2 squad back more than anyone but I know it is not going to happen because unless they recorded a whole bunch of stuff with each character's voice actor prior to the release they are not going to bring say Miranda's voice actor in and say "hey the fans want more romance time with your character can you record some lines?" then charge us 10 bucks for that? Nah

Even just including someone in a mission would not be worth it if we had to pay because Bioware would be withholding content from us then making us pay later, that may have worked for Javik but the ME2 squad will not fly.

If Bioware would consider making Vega a romance option for (at least) femShep, then I would welcome a new squad mate of any race or gender.

Otherwise, I'd most like to see a new squad mate of a different race from what we already have onboard the ship, preferably a male character that could be romanced (wouldn't it be fun with a character that for once had to be "renegade romanced"?). A Batarian would be awesome, since we've never really had the chance to interact with one yet.

If a female character was added, I'd be stoked to see a female member of the races we've previously only seen as males among the squad, like a female Drell/Turian/Salarian/Krogan.

I like the idea of a Geth. I was thinking before, why don't we get a Geth in the squad if we choose to side with them? If we side with the Quarians we end up getting Tali. And if we side with both we should get Tali and a Geth. I doubt a Geth Prime, theres no way that can fit on the shuttle, a Hunter would be cool. It really depends what class we need to balance out the squad.  It's to late now but they should of found a way to keep Legion alive if you end up siding with the Geth or both.

well we can all forget about Grunt, Samara, Miranda, Legion, Thane, Zaeed, Kasumi, Mordin, Jacob, Gianna, Shiala, Feron, and Jack because the only way for Bioware to bring one of these characters back onboard The Norm. is to rewrite and change their ME3 plot completely, which they are not going to do at all because all of the characters above could have died so that is out of the question unfortunately.

And no they can't implement them without totally changing their respective plots.....for example Miranda - why would you want her to join you at her point in the story after Sancturary???? And no she can't join you early because they would have to rewrite her part which like I said they are not going to do. The game is almost over after Sancturary anyways. All in all ME3's story is too linear for the ME2 squad to really play a role as permenant squadmembers there are not enough missions in the game to take them on to be honest.

Atleast with a new character you are basically promised an individual mission with them, in this sense Aria would be the next best squadmate because she actually has a big mission that revolves around her, Omega, so it would make sense and everything would be fresh and new not redone, rewritten and just added in.

I'm really dissapointed because of the missing ME2 Squadmates. It does NOT make sense at all. In one of the ME2 trailers Shepard says "I need the best of the best" or something along these lines.

He needs the best of the best to stop the Collectors, but he doesn't need them to stop the Reapers and Cerberus at the same time? The Collectors were nothing compared to the Reapers, but still we have to settle with less than the best. Very unlogical to me...

I don't want any new characters, I want my old "friends" back....

I thought with donnelly and daniels you would actually play poker like in ME2. They had to cut it out to make room for fetch missions
