Ha hopefully I got it. Can't remember what day I promoted my Infiltrator class.... Vanguard for sure last night.

If both the individual and allied goals are met, are you supposed to get both a Commendation pack and a Victory pack?

Have faith, I felt the same way about the Geth Engineer and Asari Adept.  I got the former a few days ago

Hint: 'Buy' Victory and Recruit packs more
