On a more important topic, didn't Bioware make these events bi-weekly because they wanted to put more thought into them? So far, this has not been the case. Still the same missions we had when it was once every weekend.

That occured to me too.  If they are just going to recycle events, then they should have them every weekend.  And I do not mean those completely pointless +25% exp weekend events, I mean events that give out commendation and victory packs.

Wait for the operation to start and then promote a character. There is only one button you can press. Then the answer will be there for you to see.


If you can't wait for that answer, all characters of that class will be promoted. Hence all the..I have six to promote comments throughout the thread.

Why is this Operation this weekend closing up so soon.
I see that the time it ends is at August 26th 5AM MDT thats this sunday. For some this is a big deal like me I just promoted all my charters last week end and I well be staring at level one on Friday and I only have 7 1/2 hours of game play a day 7:30am to 3pm Fri,Sat,Sunday now I don't have Sunday to help me out to even have two charters to promoted.

Not starting to die...  Maybe it is a plan to further the MP Story...  Hackett said we need to get our troops out in the field for the upcoming sweeps...  Maybe there is a bigger plan for the Operations to bring in more DLC's from the MP Team...  Since the SP Team will be working on Leviathan and the rumoured upcoming "Omega" DLC...

Not worth leveling up again. I promoted for you guys once for that stupid achievement, that was enough to make me remember how annoying it is to play a low level character.
