I bought the Deluxe Edition, and was able to successfully redeem all my codes. After logging into my account through the game interface, it shows all of the additional content downloaded to 100%, but when you click on the installed content tab, nothing. And nothing is available in game.
Is this a common problem and if so are there any solutions?
Thanks in advance.

Try clearing the download cache from the configuration utility and redownloading them.

Same problem here, clearing the cache did not work. It is showing my "Game Version" as 1.0 in red. Is that a problem?

All I had to do to get it to work, was close the game and restart. Then they appeared under installed.

Meh still stuck on downloading. Cleared the cache and nothing. I also have one other stuck on downloading but it's like a ghost file. It has no descript, name, etc. Also on stone prisoner, version 1.0 is in red.

After downloading and restarting several different times, as well as a reboot, it finally downloaded the stuff then extracted and installed it. I think it was because of overwhelming traffic to the sites and servers. I don't think even bioware expected such a monster hit with this game.

How do I delete content to try and re-download? I even bought the Grey Warden map and it did the same thing....complete download...does not install.

Ok I think I got it figured out.
My install location is different from the default install location of C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Dragon Age\\
The DLC content is in the documents folder under all users
(Example C:\\Users\\All Users\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\DAUpdater)
Inside your install location
(Example E:\\Program Files (x86)\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship
you should find the daupdater.exe . . . run this program.
Once you run the program its doing to ask you to select the dazip files to install (this is the DLC files) that are stored inside your documents (Example C:\\Users\\All Users\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\DAUpdater\\Data) folder.
Now all you need to do is select all the files to install and hit the install button . . . presto it works.
I hope this helps
