I would have said the Harrier, but it dropped for me last night. Having used it, I'm not impressed.
I even prefer the Matlock as it doesn't eat through ammo clips as fast and it's just as powerful
..maybe it's better at lvl X?

In terms of Gear: Multicapacitor and Adaptive War Amp are still missing.
I'm not too upset about it, but I really want my Scorpion to be a Level X instead of II. And having the Typhoon would be pretty nice.

got them all but the Collector Particle rifle which is promotional.
But it takes forever to upgrade the URs .. Talon, Paladin and Scorpion all stuck at III , Harrier's been at five for over a month .

It took all the way up to last week for me to get my javelin but I still don't have the Wraith. And considering the eviscerator is one of my favorite shotguns I really want to use it

You shouldn't be upset about this. Scorpion is amazing with ULM. The Typhoon is at Crusader, Javelin, Eagle levels of usefulness.
