Hello Bioware,

Since I cant mail you because the it says it cant redirect me to the server.
And EA live help logging in screen doesnt work I'll have to do it this way.

I just bought 3 premium spectre packs but I didnt get anything out of them.
I restarted the game but same thing happened.
I know I didn't get anything because no weapons, no equipment and no charachters in 3 psp is impossible.

I bought them with Bioware Points. Can you help me out.

The server took my bioware points but didn't give anything back for it.

This also happens with regular spectre packs and on occasion the lower packs, its been a ongoing issue, i delt with EA support for 2 months on this matter, the issue apparently is with Origin. No response of if or when there will ever be a fix for this issue. I would advise you to contact EA support so you are on record of having the issue and to just not buy packs with BW points in general until they actually do fix it.

I had to log a ticket with but I haven't heard back from them other than an acknowledgement of my problem.

keep on it or they will try and close out your ticket they tried to several times with me
