Not just play a lot, but as in not play anything else.

I preordered ME3 and got it on day 1, but didn't play it till around June. Since then, I have not been able to put down multiplayer, despite the fact that I went crazy in the Steam Summer Sale and have a boatload of games to play.
Any chance I get, I'm playing MP. Hell, even when I shouldn't be, I'm playing MP. 

Maybe I'll get sick of it soon, but as for now, it's full speed ahead.

Anyone else relate?

Diablo 3 stole me away for about a month, but I have not touched that game since mid June.

I bought ME3 for the single player. I never expected to get so wrapped up in the MP.

To be fair - when i start playing any game i don't stop until i have unlocked every single thing.

I'm not addicted. I can quit anytime I want to. It's just that I only seem to want to when it's around 1:00-2:00 am, or mealtime (when I can't grab a sandwich and eat it at the computer), or when the wife is threatening to leave me.

I've been playing more Blacklight Retribution than anything.

Though I don't think I've ever played just one game at a time.

I was when I started playing it. Still kind of am, but my focus on ME3 MP is slowly waning now.

This is the only multiplayer game I've ever gotten into besides Warhawk, and I don't even know if that game is still alive.

AC Rev, Skyrim and Arkham City still sit untouched or unfinished.

I quit for about 2 months for diablo III, but I've enjoyed this multiplayer the most out of all the multiplayer games I've played (maybe except call of duty 4, it was the only cod game i ever played and that game was legendary).

No. I play this game because of Team AreleX (and to be honest, because it makes me feel like a badass to carry entire PUG teams to victory in less than 20 minutes)

I still play the MP, I wouldn't say it's addicting, though it was at the beginning until I grew wise to the trap that is the store system and rng. Secret world has my attention now, an mmo where you have to *gasp* think when it comes to some of the quests, never thought I'd see the day really.

I also bought ME3 for the SP, but I was excited to try the MP. Never thought I'd be playing it this long. I usually fall back on NHL after this long, but I havent yet. KoA: Reckoning is still sitting there unfinished, and Borderlands is coming soon. I have a feeling I'll be away for quite a bit because of that one, but I'll be back.

I'm feeling that for SWTOR at the moment.

My poor ME3MP is gathering dust. I checked my percentage yesterday and it's gone down to something like 60%. It hasn't been that low in months. Oh well. Maybe a break from it will do me some good. I'll play again in a few months after my fill of Guild Wars 2.

I was like that, but the game is completely stale to me now. No challenge and no variety. Where are the new modes and enemies? Where is the patch to fix all the glitches?  Call me when that stuff happens.

It's currently the only game I play, and I don't know if I'll buy anymore games going forward (unless they are rated very highly). I do thoroughly enjoy ME3 MP, and I feel better if I get to play a bit everyday. However, there are moments of waning interest these days. It's the most fun when I think of new things to try.

I hadn't played it since the Earth DLC came out until today. It's gotten really stale and boring, I only hop on for the occosial pwnage with the N7 Demolisher.

They need new enemies, much larger maps and MORE MODES. By that I mean something different to the horde mode we have. Something really interesting that'll keep me playing for weeks on end.

Also, find some way to add Protheans. I would like to play a Jamaican popping heads with a Particle Rifle.
