Started with the Demo and been playing ever since. Not as hardcore as anyone esle probably. But I still play quite frequently.
So like, is anyone else addicted to this game?

This is the only game I play. I wouldn't say addicted to it, but, I find it more fun than every other game I own.

I play Mass Effect 2 and Final Fantasy XIII-2 also, but I still come back for the MP Challenges. And sometimes at night if I can't sleep, I login to ME3 MP just for fun.
Also, I played with someone who used to play this game a lot but left for a few weeks. When he came back ... he wasn't as good as he used to be.

Yeah I play a lot, a lot to max out a lot of weapons and gears in my manifest.
I like to play geth infiltrator the boss slayer with the claymore and quick scoping and reload cancelling is fun, was able to carry a team with low n7 ratings on FBWGG and scored 120k pretty easily

I used to be an addict, but then I took a nerf in the knee.
When you've played hardcore since the beginning it kinda gets boring with no new game modes and enemies, hopefully they change that.

Seriously though I'm off again on again with MP that's how I play multiplayers juggling this and TF2 at the moment. Did some Fallout new vegas thanks to the ultimate edition having the DLCs ( Dead money, Old world blues and Lonesome Road were awesome! Honest hearts... not so much.)

When any of those come out I doubt I'll touch ME3 outside of weekend events, and probably not even then.
Should have some fun with Borderlands 2 too.
And I'll probably give black ops 2 a go.

If I play to too long I get the shakes and massive headache, just like a hang over. I then swear I'll never drink again. I get pulled back in nonetheless.

I am not addicted to any game as I don't have enough time to be (work, kids. and all). But, I am not playing any other games at the moment. Plus, I am not really an MP player but have found this one to be the most entertaining I have played, so far. Probably because of the lore, but I still love it.
I get to play a couple matches every few days. I haven't spent any real money on packs other than a "donation" to the devs back when a DLC was released.

I got bored awhile back, so I two more ME2 playthroughs, imported them, and now I have 4 active ME3 sp playthroughs that I work on when I'm not in the mood for mp.

I've been trying to get into other games (such as KOTOR2 with the epic restoration mod) but I still head back to the me3 mp. In a ways, I'm kinda glad they added mp since I have no desire to run through the single player again. After the amount of time and playthroughs I dumped into me2, I didn't expect that to happen.

Haven't played another game since release. Have bought at least 10 other games in the meantime, installed them but haven't played even once. Every time I look at my clock and see that I only have 2 hours left to sleep I will say to myself: "Houston, we have a problem!" and continue playing anyway. Addicted? Nah........

im addicted to all 3 MEs...Just started replaying ME1 (for achievements)
actually just started my ME2 Insanity run (7th time playing a campaign but 1st on insane)
and my 4th one on Xbox for ME3 Insanity
and my 3rd on for PC ME3 on Hardcore.
and about $200+ on MP every other DLC that comes up
so is it addictive. yes, i might need rehab since the MP can be a gambling addiction.

Slightly off-topic, but with all this talk of GW2, does anyone know how end game PvE is?
The only answer I've ever gotten out of people is that they know nothing about it except that it's apparently a thing.
