Violating free will and removing free will aren't one and the same. Do they have similarities, yes. Are they the same, no.

Criticize Synthesis for violating free will. However, removal of free will isn't fact. Why else would your so-called Reaper slaves mourn Shepard? Oh, and why would the Reapers rebuild devastated words so extensively?

I'm gonna have to agree on this, but only if it is forced, like in the endings. If organics will achieve synthesis by themselves, then it should be up to the single individual whether s/he'll be altered.

if you violate someones free once whats to stop you doing it a second time, if you enforce you will upon another without there premission even once you enslave them to your will, there is no grey, there is only black and white.

EDI and Paragon Shepard have a conversation where they essentially say this...
The one where she talks about whether she should modify her core programming, and Paragon shepard says "Only you can decide that. That's the point of free will" The other option is to tell her not to modify herself...

There's no "I should modify you" option...
