Oh really? Well, then how do you explain Shepard's survival? I mean, s/he first got all his/her synthetic implants deactivated, she then walked right into an explosion, while afterwards being ingulfed into another explosion that would certanly have the power of several megaton, considering the citadel's inner ring being destroyed, even though it has quantum shielding. Yet, s/he somehow manages to survive all that with nothing else but a pile of broken armor and no synthetic implants whatsoever?
What shepard survival, all i saw is shepard take a breath and probably die after.

That the catalyst lied?

Destroy is supposed to destroy all synthetics in the galaxy, and I assume that that it would be no different w/ Shepards cybernetic implants as well.

But what if Shep can live without the implants?

S/he should still be vaporized by the several megaton explosion that engulfs the entire presidium.

Maybe, maybe not, but nobody really knows that. It's anyone's guess what the implants do. Nobody ever commented on shepard being a cyborg or what specific purposes those implants had, but they are implanted throughout much of his/her body. It stands to reason that having those implants destroyed wouldn't be good for the commander.

Yep no one has the right to take away another person right to do anything they want.Besides enacting Martial law and forcing an irrevocable genetic change in someone are two different things.

No, I'm going to press you on this issue. You are claiming that synthesis violates free will by forcing galactic-wide change on everyone. I agree. However, you are also claiming that it removes free will. That is only an interpretation, not fact. This is where I draw the martial law analogy. In addition, there are many things in the synthesis slideshows that don't align with the notion of slavery.

As for genetic change, what is changed? DNA sequence? Gene expression? Nucleotide chemical structure? Without knowing these details, you can't make the absolute claim of slavery, brainwashing, etc.

Ergo s/he survives all that, which is impossible.

Also, that is nothing but your own personal interpretation. Don't advertise it as fact.

It is slavery it changes a person in to a zombie with out any like or dislikes.

A non thinking person.

Show me the proof.

There are people you like and there other people you do not like is that correct?

If i change you and you like everyone then you are no longer the person you was, before you used reason and feelings to decide if you liked someone but i took that away from you and you are now a slave without realising it.

You have become a person who likes everyone without having the experience what it is like to discuss things with people and change yourself with experience.

Experience is what teaches us and not by becoming a zombie, zombiedom is not learning with experience.

Proof is inside your own mind, don't look for it outside.

Last time I checked, turians are still turians, krogans are still krogan. Hell, the structures the krogans build in synthesis looks exactly the same as the ones in destroy. So much for homogenization eh?

Oh, and after getting hit by the green space magic, people weren't instantly happy. They were checking themselves out, wondering what happened. Doesn't sound like a zombie to me.

Not in my game, all i see is shepard taking a breath which could be just a the last body movement.

Edit:I said probably die after, that does not sound like fact to me.

NO. Not indoctrination. Either the catalyst lied about Shepard dying, or we're dealing with a failure of epic proportions regarding basic physics.

It'd be sort of pointless for Bioware to put a ''Shepard breaths'' scene after the credits so that he dies immediately afterwards. If one were to look at the true purpose of the scene I can think of only two reasons:

1. To please the fans. Having Shep live in one ending will please a lot of fans.
2. As proof that the catalyst lied.

Sure, it's unrealistic for Shepard to fall from the Citadel, slam into Earth and survive but well... Shepard was nothing but a puddle of blood and bones( or so I presume) back in Mass Effect 2 and they managed to bring him back to life with synthetic implants, meaning they didn't even completely rebuild him; they simply gave him some implants. It doesn't have to be 100% realistic, although I agree that this is a bit beyond unrealistic. Oh well.

He never said Shep would die. "Even you are partly synthetic". That could mean anything.

First you are talking about bodies which has nothing to do with what i said, and they do look different as there eyes look green as far as i can tell, if all the different species have green eyes don't you think that spells sameness in some way?

If they are not zombies or brainwashed why is there no fights between individuals or some sort of argument, personally i would rather die that become what i see in the synthesis ending.

If shepard was going t select the synthesis ending and i was there i would have killed him to stop him.

Well this is a game they had to display somehow that synthesis does not look the same as control >_>

Your opinion is yours, but DIE? instantly? you wouldnt even try it for 24 hours and then say "lol great" or "lol bulls*it"
