Ok, so I bought some action figures, and they came with ME3 codes. So I figure, cool, and redeem them. The way the instructions say to do it.

Turns out they're PC codes so I've just lost them.

I have one left, and EA support has no clue about it... is there any way I can exchange a PC code for a PS3 one?

If not, I'll just post and see if some PC player wants it. Be nice if I knew if it was for MP or SP so I could go to the correct forum...

You redeem them on Bioware sites right? And then it unlocks stuff on PC/XBox :(

I'm also trying to get my hands on some figures so would like to know if you get a workaround for this. Let us know. What I would do, and suggest, is contacting Bioware and ask them if it's possible to exchange for some PS3 packs. Just like when in the end of the operations, if someone is missing the victory pack, they have the ability to give you the missing pack, maybe if you send them the promo codes that came with the figures, they can cancel them and load you some Spectrum packs or so in your PSN account. Worth a try.

That's a good idea. The link for if you're having problems leads to EA support, and they had no idea at all. They said to contact the retailer where I bought ME3 and the action figure... I doubt Amazon can really do anything about this! I'll try to contact Bioware and I'll update (:

Ok, bottom line here is I have no idea how to contact Bioware directly. I was hoping that once the latest weekend operation was over, the link to "commendation pack help" would have something, but it doesn't ): I'm probably just going to post that I have this thing and does anyone want it.
