I'm in the midst of another replay of Awakenings.  I've been watching Nathaniel's critical chance numbers fairly closely this time through, and a few questions have come to mind.

1)  If critical chance is near or above 100%, what does that mean?  Is each shot a critical shot? 

2)  If each shot is a critcal shot, is there any point to using stamina to fire the talent-based shot called Critical Shot?  Am I getting anything more, or just using up stamina pointlessly?

3)  Nathaniel's critical chance percentage seems to jump around between a low of about 45% and a high of over 105%.  Just to be clear, this is with all the same buffs in place (song of courage, aim, and so on).  He has not leveled up or changed armor or bows.  So I have no idea why the critical chance number is changing.  What causes this?  Makes no sense to me at all.
