Hi guys,
Trying to implement conversations at my project (yeah! project 75% complete!) and I'm not succeding at diminishing the gameworld window so that the text apears above a black background (like the traditional conversations).
Right now tthe text just apears above the cenario, and it is quite unconfortable to read, because there is little contrast.
I'm using a speak trigger, and I tried to set the "cutscenebars" variable to 1, but it isnt making any difference.
I don't know if this has any importance, but the conversation I'm reffering to occur at a closed enviroment.
Can anyone help me out?
Can't create conversation cutscene

By the way.... another thing that is troubling me is that when I click, to move forward through the conversation, the old paragraph is show at the upper part of the screen and stays there until I click at the current paragraph (then the current paragraph goes up). I would like that when I click at a paragraph he just vanished.

In the conversation properties, there is a checkbox for NWN1 style. This is the traditional style, is that what you're looking for?

Kamal,
That may be the solution I'm looking for... but I'm no fiding that checkbox. I looked for it at the trigger properties and at the properties from that specific conversation (by the way, that properties box is empty).
Any tip?

Try left clicking on the conversation in the conversation area on the left side of the screen. That should create conversation properties in the properties tab in the upper right. That is where you should see the checkbox.

Or open the conversation click the first line then hit the properties tab.

Hey, thanks... now I can access the conversation properties. The thing is, I still didint get the effect I wanted. what I want is something like this
The difference between this and what I have now is that, now the scenario window dont get smaller, there is no black frame around the scenario. Could I explain myself? Did you get what I mean?
Cheers!
