 So, I just updated my main PC to the latest ATI/AMD catalyst drivers (12.8) and now whenever I launch ME3 it reaches the "press any key to start" splash screen, then it quietly dies and only the audio keeps going. It locks 2 of the processor's virtual cores at 100% and goes totally unresponsive. I have a fairly uncommon graphics setup so it may have something to do with that.

System Spec:

CPU: i7 3820
RAM: 12GB DDR3
GPUs: 3xATI 7970 (crossfire enabled)
GPU Drivers: Catalyst 12.8 (64-bit windows 7 WHQL version)


ME3's the only game to have an issue so far, I'll go back to playing the witcher 2, but I really want to finish my new playthrough for Leviathan 

So, can anyone with the same drivers confirm whether it happens on other configurations?

Just to rule out hardware, have you tried going single 7970? It almost sounds like a voltage issue but I could be way off. Are you running the ATI client or driver only? If client, is everything default?
