All-time is hard to say. I've had so many favorites, personally important ones and games that really resonated that it'd be a list to span tens if not hundreds.

But as of the more recent titles, and/or titles I've been playing lately: Dragon Age Origins, Morrowind (Overhaul doesn't hurt one bit), The Witcher, King's Bounty, The Longest Journey come to mind.

I also need to mention Heroes 3 and 2, Age of Empires 1 and 2, Baldur's Gate series, Planescape, all Fallouts (though I dislike the post-apocalyptic setting in general), Metal Gear Solid series, Starcraft 1, Tekken series, GTA series, Diablo 2 (mostly because of Nostalgia).

edit: oh, and Arcanum, Vampire Masquerade and NWN are also pretty much amazing.
