Like many people I'm having problem as well with random disconnects and the infamous error message "Lost Connection to EA Servers".

So, I've contacted EA support and they offered the following solution that may help u I'm going to try this now:
1. Run Mass Effect 3 in Adminastrator mode (Right click > run as admin)
2. Run Origin as Admin same as above.
3. Try to disable Anti virus and Firewall and see if they have any effect.
4. if you have a router there are ports which if being forwarded properly to your gaming rig might solve the issue:

Mass Effect 3 > https://help.ea.com/...t-3-multiplayer

I'm going to try this now and I hope it will help me and other people with this issue.


EDIT:
Managed to have 3 games before disconnection on wave 10 :X shame... Bioware please fix this...
