Personally I would import either Wesker (RE 5 midnight), or Krauser from RE 4. With Wesker, I'd be dashing around the map and hell of a lot. I'd be losing a lot of health but if he had the health system from ME 3, that problem would be alleviated a bit. And Krauser would definitely be a boss killer with the arm mutation.

I always preferred high mobility / CQC units, so Assault Marines will forever be my favs.
