Kain's powers weren't as cool, but both were good characters. (Also the guy who did the voice acting for kain passed some time ago, hence no sequels, even though they could find a decent sub)

Definitely would want to be Colonel Volgin from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Not only can he generate 10 million volts of electricity and use it for his electric shock attacks, he also has the ability to grab Men's crotches.

Nothing can top that.
