Hmmm....in looks only, Female is Jack, I love her face! Male would be Thane, love his lips,lol. But when it comes to voices, Garrus is hands down the sexiest of them all!! Heck, I'd kiss any cheek of a Turian for that voice....Kaidan a close second. even tho I really hate his character ( I find wimpy men way to annoying) his voice almost makes up for it, almost. Female voices, has to be Shep's. I love her deep huskiness, very sexy.

Well Miranda was created for that specific role, but I don't really find her sexy, personally. I think Liara is immensely attractive, Tali is incredibly cute, and Ashley is the tough-on-the-outside/sweet-on-the-inside girl.
But sexy? Hmmm... I may have to go with Kelly for that one.

Whether someone is sexy or not is entirely based on opinion. I don't find Miranda sexy. I actually find her repulsive.
